Staff

Staff who resign or retire from the district will have their account suspended on their seven days following their last day of employment. Staff may transfer any files that do not contain student information to another Google account during these seven days.

To Transfer data please follow these instructions.

Important Note: When transferring data use two separate browsers, one of which you are not signed into with your @deltalearns account. Login to your personal Google account using a browser (Safari, Firefox or Edge) that you are not signed into with your deltalearns account. THIS IS IMPORTANT or the transfer will fail.

Graduating Students

Accounts of all graduating students, and students who withdraw from the district are suspended 42 days following the date the withdraw. Although accounts will be suspended, accounts will not be deleted until September. Suspended accounts are NOT accessible by users, therefore, it is important that any data (stored files in Drive) students wish to have access to, is transferred over to a personal Google account, or downloaded to a personal storage device. The transfer of files can take up to one week.

International Students

Deltalearns Google accounts are only accessible by students currently enrolled in the Delta School District. Students who leave the district, and are no longer enrolled will continue to have access for 42 days following the date they are withdrawn from the district. During these 42 days, students who meet Google's terms of service for creating a personal Google account, may transfer data from their deltallearns Google account, to a personal Google account.
