Why I became a teacher...I became a teacher after spending a little more than five years working in marketing. I wasn't feeling fulfilled and I wanted to do something that would make a difference, so I went back to school and took a few more Spanish credits, and joined a Master's program so that I could become a teacher. It's a lot more work than the business world ever was, but it is a lot more fun and feels much more meaningful!
