Why I went into education...I went into education because I enjoy working with kids and watching them grow into young adults. I wanted to be a voice in change. Math is a subject that is not enjoyed by many, I wanted to show that math CAN be enjoyable and fun.

I became a teacher because...Ever since I started grade school I had always wanted to be a teacher. I really enjoy working with kids and watching them grow. It is a very rewarding job and I love the ah-ha moments. I love to share my passion for math and hope to encourage the young minds of our youth to see the value of math in our everyday lives.

On a Saturday, you'll find me...Enjoying an outdoor activity with my family.
