Why I became a teacher...For as long as I can recall, I wanted a profession in the art field. In high school I followed the college prep fine arts pathway which seamlessly brought me to post secondary where I acquired a BS in Art Education, K-12. I landed my first full time job in Colchester America, and now I'm in my 34th year of teaching. I chose the perfect profession for me, as I love art and I love children.
On Saturday you'll find me...home with my retired husband, who was also an educator of 37+ years. Now that our 3 children are grown and flown, we spend our weekends enjoying the sun and my many creative endeavors.
