Trip to Tala Game Reserve - 9-11 October

Our final Grade 2 trip of the year was an unforgettable experience for all the children. On Wednesday, the 9th of October, we ventured down the mountain to Tala Game Reserve, a firm favourite among our boys and girls. Shortly after our arrival, we were treated to a captivating bird show and guided tour by the African Raptor Centre, where the children had the rare opportunity to observe endangered birds of prey up close.

This enriching experience was followed by an exciting game drive, during which the animals put on a magnificent display for our group. Additional highlights of the day included an engaging snake show, a refreshing nature walk, and an adventurous swim in the river!

Seeing the children embody the Clifton values, demonstrating perseverance, respect for nature, and teamwork throughout the day was heartwarming. A special thank you goes to our hosts, Spirit of Adventure, for creating another memorable experience for our Grade 2s.
