Take a 1 hour horse ride

Build a raft on a dam and stay afloat on it for at least 15 min.

Undertake a 2 day wilderness hike.

Spend 3 nights camping in a tent.

Do an abseil of at least 5 metres

Swim at least 1 km non stop (40 lengths in the school pool).

Attend X – Country practice once a week for a whole term.

Choose an adventurer or explorer e.g. Bear Grylls and write a 1 page Curriculum vitae (CV) for them.
