Howdy Bobcats!

My name is Bonnie Fillinger, and I am very excited to be joining the Bothwell family in the library!  I am a proud Texan born and raised in San Antonio.  I graduated from Texas A&M University and have lived in the North Texas area for 12 years.

The library is a magical place where imagination, knowledge, and discovery come together!  My hope is to support students in developing a lifelong love of reading by creating a welcoming library environment, fostering curiosity, and encouraging literacy and learning for all students.  

Outside of the classroom, I love spending time with my family.  I have 3 boys who keep me very busy with their activities.  I also have 3 Portuguese Water Dogs who love to swim.  I enjoy gardening, staying active, and cheering on the Aggies!
