Hi, y'all! Welcome to Kindergarten! 

I'm Meghan Logan, and I'm so excited to be your child's kindergarten teacher at Bothwell! I'm a proud born-and-raised Texan and earned my Bachelor's degree in Literary Studies & Creative Writing from the University of Texas at Dallas. With 12 years in education, I can't wait to make this school year one filled with learning, laughter, and unforgettable memories!

My husband and I have happily called Celina home since 2021, and our family wouldn't be complete without our two adorable cats, Penny and Clark. When I'm not in the classroom, you'll usually find me traveling, reading, writing, watching movies (and probably a little too much TV!), or singing and dancing at concerts.

I believe that kindness, curiosity, and confidence are the foundation of a successful school year. My goal is to create a classroom where every child feels safe, valued, encouraged, and excited to learn each day.

I can't wait to partner with your family and watch your little one grow this year. Here's to an amazing kindergarten adventure!

Please check your child's folder each day. This will be where behavior notes, daily notes, and other information will be sent home. This is also where you will send notes to school. 

Please keep a Ziplock back of extra clothes in your child's backpack in case they have an accident at school or get dirty and need to change. Label the bag with your child's first and last name. Please make sure to swap out the clothes to fit the changing weather.

Please include:

2. socks

3. shirt 

4. pants
