Hello! My name is Marianne Bluth, and I am so excited to be one of the First Grade teachers this year at Bothwell Elementary. This will be my ninth year in education and my first year in Celina ISD. Previously, I taught second and third grade in Utah, Prosper ISD, and Pre-K in Frisco, Texas.
As a proud mom of three active kids (a freshman, a seventh grader, and a fourth grader), I know firsthand how busy and exciting family life can be! When I'm not teaching, you'll usually find me cheering my kids on at a ball field, at the dance studio, or on stage.
I love to travel, explore new places, and spend time at the beach, which is my ultimate happy place. I have previously called Massachusetts, Washington, Utah, and California home. When we are relaxing at home, I enjoy reading, shopping, and playing games with my family.
I am thrilled to be part of your child's educational journey this year and I can't wait to partner with you to make an incredible experience for your child!
Meet the Teacher will be on August 10th.
5:30-6:15 (A-L)
6:15-7:00 (M-Z)
Please bring your student supplies if you have them. They do not need to be labeled.
Every Thursday, your child will bring home their "Bobcat Folder" with important school and district information. Please ensure your child returns this folder every Friday.
CLASS DAILY SCHEDULE
Our students attend a different specials class each day for 50 minutes . Students need to wear sneakers every day to safely participate in P.E. or bring them to change into.
Lunch money may be added to your child's lunch account online on the School Cafe site.
Please provide a healthy, dry snack for your child to eat in class during snack time and a water bottle that can be easily refilled.
Please keep a Ziplock back of extra clothes in your child's backpack in case they have an accident at school or get dirty and need to change. Label the bag with your child's first and last name. Please make sure to swap out the clothes to fit the changing weather.
