My name is Tara Cox and I am so excited to be a part of the Bothwell team! More importantly, I am THRILLED to be your ESL teacher! It’s going to be a fun year filled with lots of learning and new adventures. I can’t wait to see what the year has in store for us. I want to know ALL about you, but I also want you to know a few things about me.

I graduated from Pilot Point High School and attended Texas Women's University in Denton, TX. I have a younger sister, Taylor, who is a graduate of Celina High School, and the University of Alabama. ROLL TIDE! Both my mother and father are retired educators from Celina ISD. My husband is Jarid Cox. We have been married for 10 years, and have a 8-year-old son named Colter, and a 4-year-old daughter named Allie Kae. We also have a fur baby named Ace. He is an 9-year-old Beagle. This is my 16th year of teaching in Celina. I taught first grade for nine years,  3rd grade for 5 years, and this will be my 2nd year doing ESL. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, shopping, and church activities. I am a major fan of college football and baseball, the Texas Rangers, Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Cowboys, and of course the Celina Bobcats!!
