Hi! My name is Mia Staif, and I am so excited to be your child's 4th grade Science and Texas History teacher this year! I graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. This will be my third year teaching and my second year with Celina ISD. I’m thrilled to continue my teaching journey at Bothwell and to partner with you and your child to make this the best year yet.

Outside the classroom, I enjoy spending time with family, fiancé and friends. While I was in college, I had the opportunity to study abroad in Seville, Spain, so I’m always on the lookout for new places to travel. You can often find me at a Dallas Stars hockey game—or cheering them on from home! I also love reading, cooking, and relaxing by the pool.

I can’t wait to connect with the amazing Bothwell students and be part of this incredible community. It’s going to be a fantastic year—Go Bobcats!

Weekly Bobcat (Thursday) folders with graded school work will come home each Thursday. Please return them on Friday.
