Welcome to Second Grade!

My name is Reagen Riggins, and I am so excited to begin this year at Bothwell Elementary! I can't wait to get to know my students and partner with their families to make this a fun, engaging, and successful school year.

I graduated from East Texas A&M University, where I earned my bachelor's degree.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, trying new coffee shops, and playing with my dog, Mali.

I am truly looking forward to meeting everyone and creating a classroom where every student feels welcomed, supported, and excited to learn. I know this is going to be the BESt year, and I can't wait to get started!

Thursday Folders will be sent home weekly, on Thursdays, with graded work, school flyers, and class reminders. Please return Thursday Folders to school the following school day.

Please keep a Ziplock back of extra clothes in your child's backpack in case they have an accident at school or get dirty and need to change. Label the bag with your child's first and last name. Please make sure to swap out the clothes to fit the changing weather.
