Welcome to our Class!

My name is Brandy Knightstep. This is my 25th year in education. I have taught second, third, fourth and sixth grades. I have taught reading, math, science, social studies and recently completed the Multisensory Teaching Approach (MTA) program for dyslexia.

I graduated from Texas Woman's University with a BS degree. My teacher certifications are Elementary Self Contained with a specialization in Reading, and English as a Second Language.

My husband and I just celebrated 32 years of marriage. Woo! We have two grown children and a brand new Grand baby that we cherish dearly and wish would visit more often.

This will be my 4th year with Celina ISD. It is so exciting to kick off a new year in such a beautiful building. I can't wait to make memories with my new Bothwell family!

Please have your student's shirt size & dismissal plan ready for their teacher.

Thursday Folders

Weekly Bobcat (Thursday) folders with graded school work will come home each Thursday. Please sign and return them on Friday.

CLASS DAILY SCHEDULE

Our students attend a different specials class each day for 50 minutes . Students need to wear sneakers every day to safely participate in P.E. or bring them to change into.

Lunch money may be added to your child's lunch account online on the School Cafe site.

Please provide a healthy, dry snack for your child to eat in class during snack time and a flip top/straw water bottle that can be easily refilled. No screw top bottles please.
