Hello! My name is Mrs. Saur (pronounced ‘sour’). I was born and raised in Sherman and have spent my teaching career in various elementary roles across North Texas. This will be my 2nd year at Bothwell Elementary, and I am so excited to be back!

My husband and I are Texas Tech graduates and lifelong Red Raider fans! We have three teenage daughters and two dogs who keep us busy. On the weekends, you can find us cheering on WGHS, the Dallas Mavs, and of course, the Red Raiders.

Building strong relationships with my students and their families is one of my top priorities.  I am excited to partner with you to make this year one to remember!

Every Thursday, your child will bring home their "Bobcat Folder" with important school and district information. Please ensure your child returns this folder every Friday.

Please keep a Ziplock back of extra clothes in your child's backpack in case they have an accident at school or get dirty and need to change. Label the bag with your child's first and last name. Please make sure to swap out the clothes to fit the changing weather.
