Hi, my name is Natalia Ruta, and I am a senior at Clarkstown North High School. This is my third year in the science research program, and I am currently studying the impact of soil biomass on soil ecosystem health, with a focus on pH levels, microbial diversity, and overall soil health.

Outside of Science Research, I am the president of the Italian Club, the captain of the Clarkstown Girls Varsity Volleyball Team, and in my free time, I volunteer with Brothers Helping Brothers, a community service organization dedicated to helping those in need.
