Week 8 Catch-ups and Google Classroom Escape rooms
Maths will involve a Number Talk daily - which will be recorded in the day book. The number talks will relate either to the topic being taught, or will serve as a form of review for something that has previously been taught.
During Term 4 we will be spending Friday's lessons completing Number workstations to consolidate student Number Sense. Each teacher will select appropriate topics for Number Sense according to class needs (Place Value, Skip Counting, Number fluency, Addition and Subtraction, Multiplication & Division)..
Teachers will use this time to catch up any incomplete work, or to allow students to complete Google Classroom Maths Escape Room activities, or Christmas Maths activities.
