SIS Replacement

Greetings Camas Staff,

Our current student information system (SIS), Skyward, is near the end of its service life. Teams at the district level are exploring replacement platforms, including PowerSchool, Synergy, and Qmaltiv (Skyward 2.0). The selected platform(s) will serve as the SIS and business/HR management. By June, we will have a recommendation to the board regarding which platform we should implement. Migration and implementation will occur during the 2023-24 school year.

We will engage with stakeholders through ThoughtExchange, sandbox opportunities, and focus groups over the next several months. Speaking of ThoughtExchange, we’re inviting our staff members who are Skyward users to let us know what they’d hope to see in our next platform. This exchange will be open from January 31 - February 6, 2023.
