To begin, log into pdEnroller. If you have any account issues, please go here.
If you are hosting the session, you will need to be approved by the ESD. Make a copy of this document, complete it and mail to britt.becker@esd112.org
Once you are logged in, click on the “Clock Hour” drop down which is in the top right corner of the document, and then click on Clock Hour Proposals.
Under the “Drafts” tab, click on +New Proposal , and then click +Create New Proposal.
Follow the directions and be sure to “Save & Continue” before leaving each page.
When you have completed your proposal remember to preview it and review the Validation Checklist.
Once you “Submit for Approval,” your proposal will be forwarded to the review team.
If there is a concern, you will be notified by the team, otherwise you will receive an email notification from ESD that your proposal is approved.
Tips from the ESD:
Proposals cannot be submitted for classes that have already ended.
Ideally, proposals should be submitted two weeks before sessions begin.
Proposals submitted after the start date of a course may be considered if the course is ongoing and has not yet concluded.
Be sure to email staff to let them know about your course.
They can sign up in PD Enroller.
You can then use PD Enroller to send messages to those that signed up, such as a link to a Google Classroom link, Zoom link or other materials. To send a note to those in the course, go to "My Event," click on the title, go to "Manage Event" and "Post Announcement."
Log into your account at www.pdEnroller.org to download and print your sign-in sheet(s).

Attendance records must include the following:
Title of the course with the course number
Dates and number of possible clock hours
Instructor name
Attendee's first and last name and building as well as total number of hours per person.
Attendees can only claim hours they have earned. Make it clear that if they did not attend all of the hours they cannot claim all the hours.,

You can export the attendance report from Zoom, export the gradebook from Google Classroom (open an assignment, click the gear and "copy all grades to Google Sheets") or make a copy of this template.
NOTE: Instructors can access an extra work assignment for course preparation up to 1 hour of prep for each hour of facilitation. Once your course is approved, Stacy German will contact you to determine the number of hours needed for the extra work assignment. After the course ends, complete an extra work timesheet and submit to Stacy via district courier, drop it off at ZAC, or U.S. mail. Our Payroll Department requires original signatures. Include this notation on the timesheet: PD@CSD Prep- [Enter Course Name].
Provide attendees with the Clock Hour Claim Code: XXX-XXX, at the last course session.
You can find this in pdEnroller, under My events, clicking the title of your class and looking for the number in red in the top left corner.
For directions on how attendees enter claim codes, go here.

You may access the evaluation responses by going to your profile and selecting ‘My Presentations’ or ‘My Events.’ Choose your event from the ‘Past Presentations/Events’ list by clicking on the event’s title.
Scan and upload the completed sign-in sheets into pdEnroller. Sign-in sheets need to be uploaded in pdEnroller within 10 days of the last date of the course.
For an in-person course: verify all attendees have signed in on the sign-in sheets.
For a remote course: verify your digital sign-in sheet is complete.
For all courses:
Be sure to sign in as an attendee yourself.
As the instructor, be sure to sign every page to verify that the information is correct.
Scan the sign-in sheets.
You can do this with a copy machine, and email the files to yourself, or use a free phone app such as genius scan.

If you are unable to upload, you may email sheet(s) to registration@esd112.org .
If you have questions, reference the clock hour number beginning VAXXXXX, and email the clock hour office at registration@esd112.org
If a course is outside of contractual hours, participants can access their PD reimbursement funds.
After scanning sign-in sheets for pdEnroller, you can use those same sign-in sheets to submit to the CSD Curriculum Department for approval and processing.
Be sure you have signed in yourself to qualify for PD funds.
You should have already signed each page (original signature of instructor required) as proof of attendance by attendees.
