Building Admin:
Alerts let building admin know of concerning online behavior during school hours. Admin can change who gets what type of alerts and edit the escalation plan.
Curriculum Restrictive Containers (aka penalty boxes) allow building admin three options of restricting student's online access.

Blocksi Day 1
Login
On the Clever page (clever.com/in/camas), login wtih Google and click the Blocksi icon
All teacher accounts are synced from Skyward. If you don't have an account and need one, please submit a help ticket
Create Classes
On the Blocksi page, click the Clever button to get the popup of all your Skyward courses
Checkmark the classes you'd like to roster from Skyward to Blocksi
If changes are made in Skyward, it will take an overnight sync to be visible in Blocksi
Start and End a Session
Click the title for a class and click the "Start" button to start monitoring students
When done cick the "Stop" button
Click on "Teacher Dashboard" to go back to the home screen

Allow hand raising, enable quick chat and blurring images

Sub Access
Phase 3: Class Tile Functions
Screen Shot a student screen by clicking the camera Icon under their individual tile
Message individual or whole groups. Students can message the teacher but not other students.
Heads up will lock the student screens for the duration you set.
Share/Enforce
Assessment Mode- Choose from the program list to create scene that locks students into a set of sites needed for that program.
Screen Shots gives you a video of what the student was doing during sessions within the last 24 hours
Manually Create Classes
1) Create a Class
On the Clever page (clever.com/in/camas), login wtih Google and click the Blocksi icon.
Click "Create Class" and follow the prompts.
2) Add Students
Students can add themselves
Students go to https://student.blocksi.net/, login with Google and then enter the code you provide them from the Blocksi class tile.
You can add students
Clcik on the "Students" button.
Type a portion of their names and click the magnifying glass to search and then choose them.
Merge Classes
When in a Blocksi Class tile click on "Students" and "Merge Students With Another Class".
Classes can be merged temporarily or permanently.
Adding a Co-teacher
If paras need access, the primary teacher will need to enter a help ticket.
Click on a class tile and the on the "Teachers" button
Start typing a name and click on the magnifiying class.
Click on the name to add them and save.
The class will now show up for them on the bottom half of their Teacher Dashboard.
While co-teachers can modify, they do have more limited access than the primary teacher.
Automatic Class Sessions
Create Automatic Start Times
On your dashboard, click on “Show/Hide Schedule” and then on "Class Scheduler"
Entering your first and last day of school
Can build out start times for all classes in Week A.
If you have different start times for some weeks, create those in Week B.
On the first tab choose which weeks are A and B weeks.
Create Automatic Stop Times
Click a class tile and then click on edit.
From here you can edit the duration of each class.
If a class ends earlier, you can always click the "Stop" button.
Website Categories
Website Rating Tool
Some categories allow teachers to override the blocked status.
Use this tool to verify the category of a website.
Current list of category settings
Locked means teachers are not able to override. Unlock means they can override.
Allowed means by default students can access when in the policy for their age range.
