ParentSquare's Appointment Slots allow families to manage their signups for one on one conferences or group events.
If you didn’t receive a notification about our school closure today, these are the steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Log into ParentSquare and check your notification settings. If you turned off your notifications for alerts, you will not be notified about inclement weather days.
Verify your contact information is correct. If you need to change it, you must fill out this form and send it to Human Resources.
If everything appears to be in order and you did not get a notification, contact ParentSquare at support@parensquare.com.
In the event of inclement weather closures or delays, families will receive a text message and an email around 6 AM (for staff it is normally around 5 AM). If the text message fails or the primary phone number is a landline, a phone call will be made; otherwise, the notification is limited to text and email. This is a change from our previous system where the phone call was the primary notification.
While you are logged in as a parent, follow these steps. Be sure to use your CSD email to combine accounts.
Log in to your main ParentSquare account.
Click your name in upper right and select My Account.
Click Combine with another account.
If there are any accounts matching your verified email(s) or phone(s), a page with recommended users will appear.
a. Click Combine Accounts, confirm any additional contacts on the account, and click Combine Accounts.
b. If you do not see the account you want to combine, click combine another account.
Log in to your other ParentSquare account.
Select name to use on your account and click Combine Accounts.
Your accounts are now combined. The next time you login to ParentSquare, you will be able to access your account using any of the associated email addresses or phone numbers on your combined account.
