During our recent CEA Negotiations, we agreed to slightly alter the Professional Fund Allocation (PFA) form you typically fill out in September. There is language in our contract that has been overlooked by many of us stating that the PFA must be discussed in the goal-setting conference and again during your summative conference at the end of each year.

The attached form has been changed to reflect that process. Please note that the PFA is now to be paid in March, so you don’t need to select a month for payment.

This form is due to your evaluator by September 30. Even if your goal-setting conference is after that date, please do submit the form to your evaluator by September 30. They can retain the form until your conference, then sign it and submit it to Talent Development.
