Double click on the “Add printer” icon on your desktop.
Find the printer you want to add and double click it.
It will take a few seconds to a minute to install all the drivers. Once the “install” box disappears, the printer should be installed. There is no confirmation.
Tip: Some people report that Google Drive and Google Docs aren’t showing their printers. The printer default menu for Google is different than Windows, so it doesn’t show you ALL of your printers on the first page. You often have to click “See More” for additional printers.
Either Click CTRL+P to get to the print options, or under the File menu click Print.
Change the destination to "See more..."
Choose a printer from the list or filter the list by putting in the 3 digit code for your school (CHS, LMS, SMS...)
If there is a printer that is often used and needs to be added to the list, please create a help ticket.
