Right click the taskbar to align start button to the left
Right click on desktop to personalize background or change display settings
You have a camera privacy shutter built in, just slide back and forth
Click the speaker icon to edit your quick settings and change your audio output
Click the minimize/maximize icon to use Snap Assistant.
Icon next to start menu is to setup multiple desktops
Type gestures in the search to learn current setup and edit as needed.
Go to start and click on your name to log off and click the power icon.
Chrome Login
Double click the Chrome icon on your desktop
In the upper right corner, click on the person icon and sign in with your district email and password.
Be patient while all of your settings, favorites and software sync.

Add a Printer
Double click on the "Add a Printer" shortcut on your desktop.
Type in your building's 3 letter code to narrow down the list.
Scroll to your printer of choice and double click it.

Outlook& Settings
Double click Outlook from the desktop
Enter your full email and password
Click the ^ caret icon in upper right to open the tool ribbon
Go to file, options, mail to change settings
Reading Pane- Open pop up and uncheck first two options
Message Arrival- May want to turn off email sounds and pop ups.
Pin Software
Click the windows icon in bottom taskbar
Click on all apps to see full list
Right click to pin to start or go to more and pin to taskbar
Outlook Email Signature
Copy your signature from a sent mail or create a new one
Go to File, Options, Mail and Signatures
Click on New, name your signature and paste it in the lower box.
Choose if you want this signature for new email and/or replies.
Be sure to click ok
Display Settings
Right click on your desktop to get to display settings.
Change between duplicate and extend.
Drag display 2 around your screen to match your physical setup.
Click on display 1 or 2 to setup the settings for that specific item.
Go to quick settings to change your audio output if needed.
Sign-in Options
Go to settings, accounts and sign-in
For fingerprints, use your laptop.
For face recognition, use your new monitor
Setup a 6 digit pin
Use any of the above options to login to your account
