How to Enable ChromeVox
On a Chromebook, go to Settings, Advanced, Accessibility, Manage, Text to Speech, Enable ChromeVox. Only turn “Enable Text to Speech” NOT “Enable Chrome Vox”
How to Use ChromeVox
To enable the select-to-speak option, highlight what you want to hear, then press the search key and the letter S at the same time. Turn turn it off, hit the search button.

What is Dictation
Is a built in feature on Chromebooks, and needs to be turned on by the student to use with their account, and it will follow them accross devices. Works with Google products, websites. In addition to dictating Words, it also dictates commands such as "Quesiton mark" or "New Paragraph".

Hover mouse in lower right corner to have the microphone pop up.
