ACCOUNT SECURITY
“Zoom Rooms” refer to both the physical equipment in our conference rooms as well as the Zoom account associated with that room. There is no meeting time limit for a Zoom Room.
Book a room, make it Zoom

Create the calendar event, click More Options
Invite an available room
Make it a Zoom Meeting - important to do this after inviting the room.
Start a Zoom Room meeting
Start a Zoom Room meeting
Tap Meet Now on the controller then tap Meet Now again to start a meeting.
To join someone else's meeting, tap Join on the controller and enter in a meeting ID.

On the room iPad, click the green share button
A Sharing Key is displayed
Follow instructions on the iPad screen
