Set up the display

1. Power up the projector or TV.

2. Using the projector remote, set input to HDMI 1

3. The AppleTV screensaver should be displayed on the wall.

• The room’s name should be displayed on the wall.

Cast your computer screen

1. Click the AirPlay icon in the system tray.

2. From the drop down select the room you are currently in.

3. If prompted for a pin, use the pin shown on the projected screen.

4. From the AirPlay drop down, after connecting, you can also choose to mirror the current desktop, or “Use as Separate Display”.

• Casting as a “separate display” can add a level of professionalism to a presentation, and enables notes to be visible on your laptop, while slides are visible on the main projector.

5. When done, click the AirPlay icon again and turn AirPlay off.
