Asana search results getting clogged up with old projects? Follow the guide below to find them and put them away.
To further refine your search to only include projects you are an owner of, left-click the search bar, then left-click "+Add Filter" in the lower left corner, navigating to "People">"In projects owned by." (figure 1)
Left-click "In projects owned by" and then type your name into the new text field.
If you used the link at the top of this page, proceed forward, otherwise be sure to set the "Completion" section to "Incomplete."
Your search criteria should look like figure 2, with your screen name instead of Devin's.

If you did not use the link above, you may also need to refine your seach to show projects instead of tasks.
Projects can be selected by left-clicking the "Projects" tab as seen in figure 3.

When all tasks are ‘complete’ on a project, mark the project complete like this, using the status drop down:
When the project is complete and no longer needed for daily reference, archive it, like this, using the drop down near the Title:
If the project you own is not active, not complete or doesn’t need to be saved for future reference, go ahead and delete it! Same as “Archive” just one level down:
