ACCOUNT SECURITY
Here's the skinny. Shiftboard is the tool a bunch of different teams use to organize shift schedules both on and off the playa. It ties into your Burner Profile, which means your address, email, etc, can be updated in your Profile and then it'll carry over to Shiftboard. If you need a Shiftboard account, go ahead and fill out the Volunteer Questionnaire, and it'll automatically create a Shiftboard account for you.
If you need to log in to Shiftboard, you can do that at www.shiftboard.com.
Your login will be the email address on file on your Burner Profile. If you update it on your Burner Profile, it'll also update it on Shiftboard. Shiftboard uses its own password system though, so if you need to reset your Shiftboard password, click the Forgot Password link on the Shiftboard login page.
If you have questions about Shiftboard for the Burning Man Shiftboard admins, you can email shiftboardsupport@burningman.org or teamtools@burningman.org, and we'll get back to you.
You can always click on the question mark in the orange bar at the top of any Shiftboard page, which takes you to Shiftboard's FAQ & support page.
