How do I set up a new Keyhole page using Google Sites

Go to your Google Drive, select ‘Sites’

Set editors for folks you want to have access to make changes

Set Published View for those you just want to access the final

The footer - Get Help should point to department alias or whoever is in charge. Footer is global and will copy to all templates.

Upload your logo then set theme color to match - G Sites will auto select suggested colors for you.

Checklist for New Sites

• Copy Site Template

  • Theme = Impression

  • Style = Narrow

  • Color - your choice!

• Logo w/ transparent background for dept. (preferably .png & Square)

• What is HELP address?

  • Email?

  • Form?

• What is Site Name

• Who should be editors?

  • Users?

  • Group? < better

• Publish Audience?

  • NOT PUBLIC AT THIS TIME
