Allen Hackmann has 20 years of coaching experience at the high school level and 8 years at the collegiate level. During that time Hackmann coached multiple All State wrestlers, State Champions, All Americans, including an NHSCA Senior National Champion. 

Hackmann spent 8 seasons with the Liberty Flames as a volunteer and assistant coach. During that time, Liberty were the NCAA East Region champions, NCWA National Dual Champions, and NCWA Grand National Champions. 

Hackmann has since moved back to the high school ranks where he took over the Jefferson Forest Cavaliers in 2017. Since taking over the Cavaliers, JF has earned two region 4D runner-up finishes and were crowned the 2020 Region 4D Champions. The team finished 5th in the State in 2020 which is the highest finish in school history, while crowning an individual State Champion at 195 in Carter Shipp. 

In his own career, Hackmann was a NJCAA National Qualifier for Chowan College and a letter winner for Old Dominion University. In high school he was a three time District Champ, Regional Runner-up and State Runner-up.

Hackmann earned a Masters Degree from Liberty University in 2011 and Educational Doctorate from Liberty University in 2020.

He resides in Forest with his wife Andrea and their children Kayla, Haley, Nathan, Natalie, Sydney, Lexi and Sophia.
