Coach Sandra Lotz enters her first season as the Jefferson Forest Swim & Dive Coach.  She also teaches Geometry and Algebra in the JF Math Department since 2015.

A former collegiate golfer at the University of Illinois, Lotz has been involved in swimming for the past 20 years.  She was Treasurer and Board Member of the Hill City Dolphins Club from 2012-21 and has coached youth sports at various levels over the past 35 years.  In 1984 she was an Assistant Coach with the University of Illinois Golf Team and was the Girls Golf Coach at Kennewick High School, in Washington state from 1986-88.

Her goal at Jefferson Forest is to continue the Cav's strong tradition in swimming and dive by helping athletes improve their skills, building a strong team bond, and ultimately to contend for the state title.
