After a contract or addenda has been signed by the purchaser(s), the deal will appear on the Dashboard for the Site Administrator to Verify before the Developer signs. Any deals that need to be verified will appear at the top. IMPORTANT: Only the Site Administrator(s) and Developer will have permission to verify deal.
NOTE: The deal will still appear under “Documents to Sign” for the Developer but now the Developer will know if the deal has been verified or not. The Developer still may choose to sign the offer prior to it being verified.
1) To move a deal to rescission period, you will first have to navigate to the Dashboard > Deals to Verify.
To Verify: This shows all deals that have been materially-changed. This includes deals that have been fully-signed by purchasers, deals that have been collapsed and deals that contain a manually-uploaded document.
To Convey: This shows all deals that have been executed (i.e. the offer is accepted and both Purchaser(s) and Developer(s) have signed the Purchase Contract).
To go Firm: This shows all deals that have passed the rescission period
2) To verify a deal, click on "Verify".
After clicking on Verify, you will be taken to a pop-up window that shows some details of the deal
Base Price & Total Price (includes upgrades and credit)
Purchaser and Realtor Names
Sales Rep Name
Documents associated with this deal
Which documents have been verified
If the deal has been verified, the verified date will appear
Select an option to Verify this deal. RECOMMENDED - SIDE BY SIDE REVIEW

3) After the documents have been reviewed, click on Verify.
The developer will see which deals are verified
