In OffPlan, under Available Homes, click on “Select Units” at the top right and select which home(s) you would like to allocate. You will then be prompted with a side menu from which you can choose to allocate openly or to specific realtor(s). Select the realtor(s) you would like to share with, then click “Submit”.
Note: A list of realtors must be provided to the OffPlan Support Team in order to allocate. The realtor also must then register through the Realtor Registration Link to be able to log into OffPlan.
Under “Available Homes”, select the home you want to allocate publicly. From there, either click on Select Units to mass share, or on “View details” on any home to share just one at a time. Two options will be presented to you, one being “Allocate Openly”. Once selected, press Submit realtors on OffPlan will now be able to see that home.
This can be done through Contact Management. Begin by searching for them in your list of contacts or click on Create Contact if they are not yet in the system. Once in the Purchaser’s profile, click on “Share a Property” and select the home(s) you wish to share with them.
A purchaser can log into their account by visiting https://buy.offplan.homes/auth/login and either login through Google, Facebook, or through OffPlan.
Once a purchaser puts in their credit card information on a home that was shared directly with them, either through Contact Management or OffPlan, a reservation fee will be placed as a Hold on their account.
You then have 30 days to either accept or reject this offer, at which point, if no action is taken, this hold will be removed from their account. If you reject the offer, the hold will be removed. If you accept the offer, the hold will remain until the status of the deal becomes Sold Firm, at which this hold will then get transacted as a full payment and transferred to the trust account within 4-5 business days. If the deal collapses before it goes Sold Firm, the hold will also be removed from the purchaser’s credit card.
Begin by clicking intoContact Management. From there, select “Create Contact” on the top right of the screen.
Begin by clicking into OffPlan and go into “Purchase Requests” on your left sidebar. Here you will be able to see all offers including Accepted, Rejected, and New offers from which you can select on to either accept or reject.
When inventory is shared with a purchaser directly through Contact Management or by a realtor through OffPlan, they will receive an email notifying them that a home has been shared with them. They are able to see an image of the building alongside the floorplan of that home and some of it’s details. They are presented with a “View” button which, if clicked, takes them to a social sign-on page, offering three ways to login to see the home: Google, Facebook, OffPlan. Once logged in, the purchaser is able to see more information surrounding this shared home such as price, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, building address, any included/additional parking, storage, bike lockers, etc. On this page, the purchaser is able to enter in their name, email, phone number, and credit card information to put down the reservation fee of $10,000. Once the reservation fee has been completed, the purchaser will receive a receipt of reservation to their email address. In both cases if their offer is accepted or rejected, the purchaser will be notified through email.
When a realtor logs in to OffPlan, they will see all homes that have been shared with them, presented in two categories, “Available”, which means shared openly with all realtors on OffPlan, and “Allocated”, meaning allocated to only that developer’s private realtor list. Realtor’s have access to this inventory’s information such as price, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, building address, any included/additional parking, storage, bike lockers, etc. From this page, they are able to click into a home and type in the email address(es) of their interested buyers to share it with them.
You may only privately allocate a home to one realtor at a time.

Also not the case- need to confirm with Jason
This will have to be changed in Deal Management through the Price Model and/or Listing Setup.
