If you have collapsed a deal and need to reinstate it, follow these steps.
1) Download a PDF copy of the original documents that were cancelled and save the file. You can download as one pdf that includes all related documents, or as individual files. To do this go to the collapsed deal and select “Download PDF”.
2) Write a new deal on the same unit which would now be available.
We would recommend adding a note in the “Deal Notes” section about how this deal was originally collapsed.
3) Next you would need to replace the purchase contract and other addenda with the files that were downloaded from the original collapsed deal. You can do this by selecting "Manual Upload" under the "New Document" drop down.
Here in the dropdown select "Move deals ahead to "Conditional / Recission Period"
Next, click on the "Move to "Conditional / Recission"" button beside the applicable unit:
4) Go back into the deal and update the dates to reflect the original contract. In the Deal Centre, go to the graph icon in the left grey bar. Click on “Update Deal”.
5) Finally, if the deal was sold firm, move it back to sold firm from the dashboard and then update applicable dates based on original contract.
