Start by clicking on a project you want to view the inventory for. On this page, you will see project specific information on the left hand side and all the units available to you on the right hand side. To view a unit, click on “View Details”. You now have the ability to type in the purchaser’s email that you would like to share this home with where it says “Add Purchasers”. Once the email has been entered in, press “Submit” to share.
The purchaser will receive this share to their email which prompts them to click into the home. They will be taken to a digital presentation centre that provides them with information such as a list of amenities and the deposit structure. They can also see the details of the home and have the ability to view any images of the development. Most importantly, your purchasers can reserve the home via credit card.
The reservation amount is locked in by the developer. Any credits, or adjustment to the deposits, or sale price, can be made during deal and contract creation if negotiated with the sales team. The reservation amount begins as a hold on the buyer’s credit card and will only be taken as a transaction once the deal goes firm. If the deal gets cancelled or the buyer changes their mind, the hold will be removed. If the offer is rejected, the hold will also be removed.

Available inventory is openly shared to all realtors on OffPlan, across various buildings and developers. Exclusively allocated homes have been shared with you by the developer. Please keep in mind that inventory that says "exclusive allocation" may also be available to other realtors the developer has shared those homes with.
You and your purchaser will receive an email informing you that the reservation request has been accepted by the Developer.
Yes. After you are done entering in a purchaser’s email address and press Submit, they will receive an invitation to view the home you shared with them.
Yes. You can do this two ways. The first is by clicking on View Details on a home, selecting the Realtor(s) tab, and typing in their email address and pressing Submit. The second is by clicking on the Teams button on the top right of the page and creating a team of realtors. Click back into the home you want to share and instead of typing in an email address, begin typing in the name of the realtor team you have just created.
Teams is best used to share inventory within your own networks or brokerages. When you share a home that you have an exclusive allocation for with a team, you will always be the allocation owner. This means that even if another realtor from that team brings in a buyer and they reserve through OffPlan, you will be associated to the deal as their realtor. If you share inventory that is publicly listed, you will not be the associated realtor on the deal if another realtor from that team brings in a buyer and they reserve through OffPlan. For exclusive allocations, all realtors will get an email that breaks down the chain of shares and will inform you of which realtor is the realtor of record on that deal (once a buyer reserves). If the realtor on record needs to change, you will be prompted via this email to reach out to the sales team prior to contract writing to do so.
Once a deal is accepted by the Developer, a sales representative will begin creating a contract for the purchaser. You as the realtor will be notified when required to log into the Avesdo portal and sign/view any documents that have been added to the deal.
No. It does not cost you anything to register and share homes through OffPlan. If anything, using the platform will help you close more deals and make the commission you deserve!
