Update/Edit Email Templates

Email Templates

Add new email template: To add a new email template, simply click on + New Template. Give your new template a Label, Subject and Body of the email template before clicking on Save. This email template can then be used by the salesperson or site administrator at a later date.

NOTE: Only plain text can be used and images are not accepted. This is because there is a higher chance the emails will be delayed or not received if rich text or images are used and wording/images could get distorted.

Addenda Templates

Create templates that can be used to populate an Addendum. When adding a Blank Addendum on the Deal Center, the addenda template(s) can be selected by the salesperson or site administrator. The addendum will then be populated with the Addendum Text entered in this section.

Automated Email Templates

Edit any email templates that get automatically sent out through Avesdo.

Convey Executed Purchase Agreement: This email template is used to convey deals and start rescission period. 

*IMPORTANT: The {{name}} tag generates the recipient name on the actual email that gets sent out, and the {{link}} tag generates the link to the purchaser / realtor's Avesdo account. The {{name}} and {{link}} tags are required parts of the email body

The {{unit}} tag generates the actual unit number of the particular deal. The {{unit}} tag currently can only be used in the email subject line, and not the email body.
