System Override

The System Override function allows you to move Deals through different stages.

Menu -> Setting -> System Override

Set Deals to Require Verification

If a deal has been verified by mistake, and it needs to be reset. Select this option, locate the deal, and click "Reset Verified".

Set Deals to Require Remuneration Form

If you have opened a contract, and confirmed the Remuneration by mistake, or just need to reset it. Select this option, locate the deal, and click "Reset Remuneration".

Move Deals Back From "Conditional / Rescission Period" status

If a deal has been conveyed by mistake, or needs to be reset. Select this option, locate the deal, and click "Reset Conditional / Rescission".

Move Deals Back From "Sold Firm" status

If a deal has been pushed through as "Sold Firm" by mistake, or just needs to be reset. Select this option, locate the deal, and click "Reset Sold Firm".

Move Deals Ahead to "Conditional / Rescission Period"

If a deal needs to be conveyed, but you would like to do so without emailing the purchaser. This option can push the deal through without sending that email. Select this option, locate the deal, and click "Move to Conditional / Rescission".

Manage Remote Signing

If you would like to disable a purchaser from being able to sign remotely, this option can be selected. The box can be checked on or off.

*Note* If you grant System Override permissions to a user, they will need to log out and log back in for the changes to take effect.
