A back-up offer can be generated using the Avesdo application. When you select a unit that shows as reserved or sold, the system will ask if you would like to write a back-up offer. A contract will then be generated with the back-up offer addendum attached. Avesdo does not limit how many back-up offers are written on a specific unit.
Create a New Deal
2. Select the desired unit that is reserved or sold.
3. Select “Write a back-up offer”
4. Enter all relevant deal information and Create Deal
A list of back-up offers can be viewed under MENU
