After a new deal has been created, you can add decorative allowance (credit) by adding a new document and updating the Deal Details.
After a new deal has been created, you can add decorative allowance (credit) by adding a new document and updating the Deal Details.
Depending on the developer, a Decorating Allowance (Credit) Addendum or Blank Addendum would be used.
1. Select relative addendum from New Document drop-down selection.
2. Click on Update to add Credit amount.
Step 3: The Deal Details will pop-up, enter Credit amount under Financials section.
Scroll to the bottom of Deal Details and click Update.
Step 4: Create Document and the credit amount entered in will populate on the form.
