STEP 1: Go to MENU -> PROJECT SETTINGS -> LISTING DETAILS
STEP 2: Click on the cell you wish to update.
Additionally, you may go a group change by clicking on the pencil icon.
STEP 3: Click SAVE

Floor Area
Strata Fees
Number of Bedrooms, Den, Bath
Unit Orientation (ie. North)
Parking, Storage and Bike included options
Property Legal Description, PID #, Street, City, Postal Code
Additionally, if you wish to update your listing details in mass. You may copy entire columns in Excel and paste them onto Avesdo.

Step 1: Select the entire column you wish to copy in Excel. Once selected press Ctrl+C, the selection should have a dotted outline.
Step 2: Open up the Listing Details in Avesdo, and click on the first cell of the columns you wish to paste into.
*Make sure that the changes are being made to the correct units*
Step 3: Once you have selected the first cell, press Ctrl+v to paste the columns into Avesdo.
The items will turn white once complete. When you are done, press Save to see all the changes and confirm. Once verified that all changes are correct, press Save again.
