To access the Staff Management tab, simply navigate to the Menu -> Project Settings -> Staff Management.
You can add new users to your site (Sales Person / Developer / Site Administrator).
You can edit user accounts: permission options, dashboard access, activate or deactivate accounts.
To add new user, simply click on Add new user.
If the user is a PREC, then you must add "PREC" after the last name (e.g. Bell - PREC)
Admin / Developer: This dashboard has access to all portions of the platform with some areas requiring additional permissions as seen below.
Sales: This Dashboard limited access to platform focusing on deals and limited permissions.
Change Price: Change prices in the Price Model and Listing Details, including managing the availability of units
Sign As Developer: Sign contracts and documents as a Developer.
Manage Reservation: Manage existing reservations and re-assign them to other users in Reserved Listings.
Manage Staff: Add, edit and deactivate user accounts and manage permission levels in Staff Management.
Verify Deal: Verify Deals under the Deals to Verify section on the Dashboard.
Change Deal Status: Change the statuses of deals (e.g. move to rescission period / sold firm) under To Convey, To Go Firm section on the Dashboard.
Privileged Admin (System Overrides): Take control of deal workflow and / or reverse any action made in error (e.g. moving deals back from firm status).
Manage Sales: Gives access to the Sales Module.
Worksheets: Gives access to the Selections/Worksheets under Sales Module.
Sales Grid: Gives access to the Sales Grid under Sales Module.
Manage Contacts: Ability to edit / update contacts under the Leads Module.
Connect Email: Ability to connect an email address to the Leads Module to be able to send emails.
Manage Lead Forms: Ability to Create and edit Lead forms under the Leads Module.
Export Contracts: Ability to export the Contact list from the Leads Module.
Update Closing Date: Ability to add/edit the Actual Completion date under the Closing Module.
Update Estimated Closing Date: Ability to add/edit the Estimated Completion date under the Closing Module.
To disable existing accounts, simply click on Edit beside the user's name > Disable Account.
If there are multiple signing authorities required on the Contract, then the Developer Sign Number permission option will appear and you need to select which number each signing authority will be. This will determine which signature spots on the Contract documents belong to which Developer.
