In the example above, if the offer was made on December 15th, the deal will theoretically expire at 11:59 pm December 17th.
During Deal Creation, the sales team can also adjust this default date to reflect an adjusted Offer Open for Acceptance period.
The Offer Open For Acceptance determines how much time the Developer has to accept a signed offer before the deal expires. This information might sometimes be disclosed on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale when it is created. However, Avesdo will NOT automatically cancel a deal if this time expires.
