Realtor Commission Structure settings can be changed for all deals moving forward as well as retroactively for past deals.

This will be the default commission structure for all Realtors.
Menu -> Project Settings -> Project Settings -> Realtor Commission
Select the appropriate commission option.

Note: if it's a flat structure, enter the same amount in both "First 100K" and "Balance" Field. ex. 2% Flat
3. Decide if this change will need to be applied retroactively to already written deals. Note: this will change the calculation but will not change any documents. Documents will need to be edited manually if necessary.
