The deposit structure can be changed for each deal but might require manual edits to the contract.
Note: If you would like to change the Deposit Structure for ALL units, please contact Avesdo directly.

Under the Review Tab, you can change the date of the Deposit as well as the amount. You should mark whether the deposit is received or not to ensure the deposits are tracked properly in all reporting.
If the Deposit Structure is set in the core contract, any changes must be reflected accordingly. If available, a Deposit Structure Addendum can be used. Otherwise, please manually make changes to the contract and allow the purchasers and developer to initial to acknowledge the change.

In the Deal Centre, in the Deal Details tab, select “Update Deal”.
