Change Prices

a. In the "Display" tab, click "Setting" and you can choose what information becomes visible for each unit.

b. The "Stats" tab shows information for Total vs Sold inventory.

c. The "Revenue" tab shows you the Projected Revenue in real-time.

d. The Price/Status Change tab allows you to change the prices of all applicable units by a uniform numeric or percentage amount. You can also choose to change the price of specific floors by filtering your search according to Floor Plan, Status, Orientation, etc. as shown in the image. You can also hold back units by filtering the desired and clicking "Hold Back". This will make the units unavailable to be sold.

Note: every time you select "Change", the price change is reflected immediately in the selected units. A history of this is also kept. You can always press Reset to revert back to the original price. Once you press Save, the change is permanent.

4. You can change an individual unit’s price and status as well by clicking on that specific unit and making the appropriate changes.
