Once a unit has been reserved, the Sales team has 3 options:
Once a unit has been reserved, the Sales team has 3 options:
1. Extend the reservation: Extend the reservation length of time of a unit.
Fill in information and click “Reserve”.
2. Purchase the unit: Continue writing a deal for a unit. Clicking the “Purchase” button will take you to the Deal Creation process.
3. Release the unit: Clicking the “Release” button will cancel the reservation and release the unit back into inventory, allowing other purchasers to make an offer on the unit.
While the unit is still reserved, external changes made by the Admin team such as a price change will not affect this unit. The changes will take effect only once the unit is released.
How to Extend / Release a Unit:
Salesperson dashboard: Menu > Reserved Listings
Developer / Admin dashboard: Menu > Sales Center > Reserved Listings
