To do this, you first must have the new deal created in Avesdo and replace the electronically generated contract by manually uploading the paper contract that was completed.
Scan and save the written contract as a PDF on your device.
Create a New Deal as usual. If the Deal is already created, access the Deal Centre using Deal Finder.
Once the Avesdo contract is created in the Deal Centre, Click “Add Document”. At the bottom of the list, select “Manual Upload
4. Select “Replace Purchase Contract”. Select the saved File and “Overwrite Purchase Contract”
NOTE: If you have any other documents to manually upload to the deal, you can select Manual Upload again. Choose Document Type - Addendum for all other documents for this deal and upload document. You will need to upload each document separately.
