School supplies for students are provided by the school. There is no extra charge for these supplies. 

Students are allowed to take home books that belong to the school. Should a student lose or damage a book or other school materials, there will be a replacement charge.

UNIFORMS

Uniforms are worn in the Early Childhood Center by K1, K2, and K3 students and can be purchased from SVELTO LINECOL at their online store. 

Instructions for Ordering the ECC Uniforms:

1. Enter the webpage for our PE uniform supplier SVELTO. (Please note that you can change the language of the online store if you are using Google Chrome.)

2. At the top of the page, go to Tienda Online (online store) and enter as Nuevo Cliente (New Customer). 

3. Complete Datos de Mi Cuenta (My Account Information). Please complete each field marked with an asterisk. You will need to create and confirm a password. The American School of Madrid’s access code Clave de Acceso is the following: 28MAS2LRT 

4. Once you have selected your items, click on checkout, and you’ll access the delivery information section. 

5. The next step is payment. All payments are made through bank transfer. You’ll find all the necessary bank transfer information in this section. Please be sure to include the 5 final digits of the order number on your bank transfer document. 

6. The normal delivery term is 4 to 5 working days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take 25 working days. Delivery will be to the address that you indicate in the online store. If there are items that are out of stock, you will be informed of this situation as well as of the estimated delivery date.
