For help regarding REGISTRATION AND TUITION, contact the Continuing Studies Enrollment Team at CS@saic.edu
For help TROUBLESHOOTING and error messages, contact the CRIT Helpdesk. In your email, Include as much of the following information as you are able to:
Your first and last name as it is listed on your registration
Your student I.D. # (which is included in your registration confirmation)
The class you are taking (including when it is scheduled to start)
And a phone number you can best be reached at
SAIC office hours are typically 8:30am to 4:30pm. If you need help for the first class meeting we have extended hours.
Email SAIC-YOUTH@SAIC.EDU and a staff member will be available to help you one hour before the start of class through the first hour of your class meeting.
CS staff will be present in the entrance or lobby of the 280 Building, 280 S. Columbus Dr., and Sharp Building, 37 S. Wabash Ave., for day one check-in for MAC and MSP on the following Mondays: July 7th, July 21st, August 4th. Email response times will be delayed these days.
