IDEAL PREPARATION FOR A CREATIVE FUTURE

In your Multi-Arts Camp, your student will visit our museum 3-4 times per week. The Art Institute of Chicago is an integral part of our students’ experience. Visits to the galleries are a key component of most classes. Be prepared to have your student teach you about their favorite pieces in our collection! Please note that the museum is closed on Tuesdays.

• Students will develop social and emotional skills like confidence, creative thinking, communication, and much more.

• Our youth programs are designed to allow students to discover and explore their interests, learn new skills, and bring their ideas to life. 

• Our courses are great ways to make new friends with other youth who share similar interests.

Term Details & Instructional Modes and Formats

The Children’s Multi-Arts Camps offer ON-CAMPUS courses that meet M-F from 9 am to 4 pm

Classes for students ages 6 to 7, and 8 to 9 work with one Teaching Assistant and two Instructors

WELCOME AND NEXT STEPS EMAIL

A Welcome & Next Steps email will be sent to you in the days leading up to the start of class. It will include a reminder to complete your next steps as outlined in the following slides.
